Teenagers and Stress, how should you manage it?


Teenagers and stress. One may say, "today I had a stressfull day." I am not going to let anyone "stress me out". How often have you heard someone make these simple statements? Stress can definitely rouine your day and your life if you let it. Various situations or people can add stress to your life. Another word which is used in the bible is "anxiety". Both stress and anxiety is not good for your health. It can affect your blood pressure, mood swings and your internal organs. It can cause you to start using drugs, smoke or become very depressed. Trying reading some scriptures from the Bible. Maybe they will help your "stressfull" day to turn in to a "blessfull day".

Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
